In trading on Monday, defense shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 2.7%. Leading the group were shares of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, up about 4% and shares of Northrop Grumman up about 2.9% on the day.
Also showing relative strength are non-precious metals & non-metallic mining shares, up on the day by about 1.8% as a group, led by Ryerson Holding, trading up by about 8.8% and United States Steel, trading higher by about 8.5% on Monday.
